Shipping Rates

We currently ship to Canada and United States.

  • Orders over $60: Free (tracking)
  • Orders under $60: $12 (tracking)
  • Stickers: Free

Delivery Times
We're excited to get your purchases to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package every step of the way.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a return, we offer a simple and convenient returns process:

  1. Email support@bioplushlab.com
  2. Obtain return label
  3. Mail the package

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached and all components included (including any promotional materials).

Return Fees
Please note that we charge a $15 flat fee for all returns, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover some of the return shipping and processing fees.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
